The new Personal Data Act (GDPR) was set in force on May 25th 2018. The GDPR is an important step towards protecting the fundamental right to privacy of the individual.
To help you understand what this means for you in relation to Naturist Foreningen Sjælland/Solbakken Camping, we inform you that we only store the information that you voluntarily have provided to us upon your arrival at Solbakken Camping, also as a day tourist.
We only collect and store the following the following information:
Date of birth
Date of arrival and departure
These very few insensitive data form the basis of our minimal administration and operation of the association. We create reservations for you in our booking system and print invoices based on the length of your stay and your information. We also register you as a user of our Wi-Fi Internet access using your name, telephone number and e-mail address if you wish to use our Internet access.
We store the information for at least five years. We do not disclose the information provided to third parties, not even on the Internet.
If you don’t want us to continue storing your data after five years, please contact us at email@example.com and we will delete your contact data.
It is your right not to provide the above personal data, but in that case we are not able to receive you as a guest at Solbakken Camping.
